Reiki is
Japanese for ‘the healing energy of nature’ and the art that directs this
energy to heal physical, mental-emotional and spiritual illnesses, is also
incidentally called Reiki. There is no magic or superstition involved in Reiki.
Discovered by the Japanese spiritualist, healer-physician and scholar, Dr.
MikaoUsui in the early of 19th century and later made popular by students, Dr.
Chujiro Hayashi and HawayoTakata, today Reiki is well known around the world.
Dr. MikaoUsui was guided to search for the secret behind the miracle healings
of Lord Buddha and Lord Jesus Christ. Many people in the world have received
cure from various diseases by Reiki and millions today practice Reiki daily, as
a way of life. The following 5
principles have been included in Reiki by the first Reiki Grand Master Dr.
MikaoUsui which are the foundation of Reiki and absolutely related to be
healthy and happiness.
1.
Just for today I will let go of
anger
2.
Just for today I will let of
worry
3.
Just for today I will do my
work honestly
4.
Just for today I will count my
many blessings
5.

Tibetan tradition. He is one of the 8 Healing
Buddhas , and he takes care of the Tibetan tantric medicine ,and is the spiritual source of
medicine, he is known as the king of all physicians. In Tibetan Medicine their

see the true cause of any illness, whether spiritual, physical or
psychological, and does whatever is
necesarry to relieve it.
